Through thoughtful design and breathtaking beauty, the Sands Point estate
exudes brilliant elegance. The grand entrance is lined with graceful Beech trees. The Buxus boxwood hedges are perfectly pruned while the Rose Garden overflows with lusciously fragrant, prize-winning rose bushes.

Fields of Green, LLC has recently re-designed the Rose garden, White garden and Cutting garden. The White monochromatic garden includes Hydrangea macrophylla ‘Sister Theresa,’ Fragrant Clethra, Casablanca Lilies and exquisite Peony, as well as, mid-summer blooming Phlox ‘David,’ and Veronica longifolia. Fall blooming Anemones stand tall in large white clumps along with the non-stop blooming Gaura ‘Whirling Butterflies’ which is a welcoming delight. The pool side White Garden adds fragrance, texture and a whole lot of white to this majestic estate.

We grow most of the flowers from seed and/or bulbs for the owner’s Cutting Garden producing gorgeous, fragrant and magnificent flowers.
The flowers are all carefully grown using only the owner’s favorite varieties and color pallet. Annually, we introduce new flowers always keeping the garden interesting. Weekly, we cut the flowers and design many floral arrangements for the mansion.

Summer and fall container plantings are carefully designed
creating welcoming entryways, lovely patio rooms, pool side color and flowing stairways adding that extra special color coordinated splash to the estate.

Weekly, our maintenance crew selectively prunes and takes special care to prolong the summer spectrum of blooms while meticulously maintaining all the gardens producing a perfectly manicured appearance.
